What we had to solve
The Nueve Residences owner rented apartments in Greece through third-party platforms and lost money on commissions. Direct bookings were rare because there was no proprietary multilingual site with a calendar.
What we did
Shipped an SSR site on Nuxt 3 with three languages, photo galleries for each unit, a neighbourhood map and a booking form with date validation. Tuned SEO for Greek rental queries and added rich previews for messengers.
