This Privacy Policy explains how Vapan processes the personal data of vapan.org visitors in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010.

1. Data Controller

We process only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form, plus technical data transmitted automatically:

  2. 2.2.contact details: phone, e-mail or messenger

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give by submitting a request through the form (Article 11 of Law No. 2297-VI). Data is processed in order to:

  2. 3.2.prepare a quote and conclude a contract
  3. 3.3.communicate about the ordered services
  4. 3.4.improve the website based on anonymised statistics
