1. General Provisions

The vapan.org website belongs to Vapan, a sole proprietor (FOP) operating under a record in the Unified State Register. The Site is informational and presents the following services:

1. 1.1.website and web app development
2. 1.2.server administration
3. 1.3.penetration testing (pentest) and security audits
4. 1.4.digital marketing and business automation

The Site is intended for informational and business purposes. It is not a public offer within the meaning of Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

2. How Services Are Provided

Specific services are provided under a separately concluded written contract between the Contractor (FOP) and the Client. Essential terms — scope of work, timelines, price, payment procedure and the parties' details — are defined by that contract.

Submitting the form on the Site is not an order and creates no obligations until a contract is signed. We reserve the right to decline a request that conflicts with the law or professional ethics.

3. Intellectual Property

All Site materials (text, code, images, logos, design) belong to Vapan unless stated otherwise and are protected by copyright law. Copying, distribution or modification of the materials without the rights holder's consent is prohibited.

Property rights to deliverables produced under a contract are transferred to the Client on the terms and to the extent defined by that contract.

4. Ethical Use and Pentesting

The Site's informational materials are educational in nature; we are not responsible for how visitors use the knowledge they obtain.

Penetration testing services are provided solely with the written permission of the system owner, in line with ethical hacking principles and the law of Ukraine. Using the materials for unlawful actions is prohibited and may lead to liability under the law.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is". We make efforts to keep information up to date but do not guarantee its completeness or the uninterrupted availability of the Site.

To the extent permitted by the law of Ukraine, we are not liable for damages caused by the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Data submitted through the contact form is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this same website.
