What we had to solve
The artist assembled drawing-process videos from thousands of PNG frames by hand inside a GUI editor. A single video took hours, parallel rendering was impossible and repetitive steps piled up errors.
What we did
Built a Node.js tool that combines FFmpeg for video assembly and Playwright for batch automation. It renders multiple videos in parallel, manages a job queue and retries failed jobs without losing progress.
